Your Responsibilities: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for: Implementing complex React components and features, ensuring high performance, reusability and maintainability while following modern React patterns including hooks, context and functional components. Architect scalable frontend solutions using React best practices. Drive technical decisions around state management solutions. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to implement responsive, accessible interfaces. Participate in agile ceremonies, providing effort estimates, refining requirements … Troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues across different environments. ️‍♂️ What We're Looking For: Experience: 4 years of professional experience working with ReactJS Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English is required Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Technical Skills: Must have: Solid understanding of React hooks (useCallback, useMemo, etc) Experience with TypeScript is required Comfortable with Redux and Redux toolkit. Usage of Prettier and ESLint tools for code quality Proficiency in writing unit tests using Jest library. Familiarity with Jira/Devops and git workflow. Nice to have: Experience with SSR with NextJS Comfortable writing E2E tests with Cypress / Playwright Python/JS. Hands-on experience with Github for version control, CI & CD. Knowledge of hexagonal architecture, SOLID principles, microservices. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment. Our Recruitment Process: 15-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist. 1-hour technical interview with one of our technical leads to validate your knowledge in the areas where we require expertise. 30 minutes call with the Manager , in order to share more about the project, our team, and our objectives.
