At ING we are looking for Cards Operations Expert Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cards Operations Expert to join our dynamic team and help us transform the way we serve our customers. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in developing and managing operational processes for Cards, ATMs, and Cashback services. Your focus will be on ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer journey by enhancing operational efficiency and supporting business tribes to innovate and optimize. Your key responsibilities: As an Expert in Cards Operations Team, you will: 1. Oversee and enhance operational processes related to Cards. 2. Maintain a thorough understanding of the card opening process, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors. 3. Stay ahead of regulatory changes to ensure compliance in card-related operations. 4. Implement robust controls to safeguard against risks and uphold process integrity. 5. Deliver outstanding customer service, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues for both internal and external stakeholders. 6. Collaborate with departments like Retail, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to tackle challenges together. 7. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. 8. Work with our Amsterdam Head Office on new card designs and supplier contract reviews. 9. Utilize PowerBI to manage and monitor transaction data, maintaining key operational dashboards. 10. Evaluate service providers to ensure they meet quality standards and SLAs. 11. Create insightful reports, leveraging data to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and cost efficiency. 12. Represent the team in English-speaking, international settings, leading projects and discussions effectively. 13. Ensure swift resolution of customer incidents within agreed SLAs, minimizing impact on the customer experience. What are we looking for? Are you the perfect fit? Key Qualifications: • University degree. • Fluency in English and Spanish • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • At least 2 years of experience in financial card processes. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI. • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting. • Responsibility, decisiveness, and a commitment to quality.
