To build and manage excellent relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, maximizing contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement. Ensure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Page Outsourcing values. Key responsibilities: Capturing successful candidate details and initiate onboarding activities Scheduling Hiring Manager Interview with Candidates Tracking candidate progress against agreed onboarding checklist - highlighting and escalating any outstanding actions or information Responding to outstanding or adverse onboarding elements through agreed escalation process - closing the circle on any dropouts or delayed start dates Working with recruiting teams to educate candidates on onboarding requirements to minimize dropouts and delays Arranging keep in touch calls or updates with candidates to update them on the progress of onboarding Working with 3rd party vendors and/or internal teams who are responsible for delivering onboarding elements to ensure an efficient working relationship Offer letter generation Contract generation Raising requests for facilities or systems access Booking candidates into orientation / day 1 activities Sharing new joiner packs or information Managing contractor and temp to perm conversions What you will bring: English and Spanish native or advanced are a must. French and/or German are greatly appreciated. Previous experience working within recruitment. Basic knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards relevant to recruitment, onboarding, and employment contracts, ensuring all processes meet legal requirements highly valuated. Experience managing candidate onboarding activities, including document collection, interview scheduling, offer generation, and orientation coordination. High-quality customer service, managing relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing documentation, and coordinating with multiple parties, ensuring efficient and organized operations. Excellent communications skills. Ability to prioritise and manage own workload. Reliable and well organised. Sound business ethics and integrity. Able to work within company procedures and standards. Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work. Strong understanding of industry and markets. Ability to negotiate effectively.
