OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE: Regularly visit stores across all operating countries to evaluate operations, provide feedback to in-store teams and local Area/Operations Managers, and ensure compliance with company standards. Leverage data and business intelligence tools (such as Excel, Mapal, Marketman, etc.) to create reports and dashboards for internal analysis and/or presentation to other business stakeholders. Monitor key performance data (e.g., labor costs, cost of goods) using existing dashboards and proactively develop new tools or analyses to identify opportunities for improvement. Organize and lead meetings with local teams to ensure clear alignment on priorities, track progress on action plans, and address any operational challenges. Deliver targeted training to store teams on critical processes such as scheduling, inventory management, and operational workflows, ensuring best practices are consistently applied. Collaborate with HQ and local teams to design and implement actionable strategies to optimize store performance and operational efficiency. Act as a conduit for feedback from local markets, bringing valuable insights back to HQ to influence procedures, strategies, and operational standards. Adapt strategies and approaches to align with cultural nuances and market-specific needs in each country. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: 5 years of experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations, with a strong understanding of day-to-day operational processes such as shift management, inventory control, and customer service. Proficiency in analyzing data and developing dashboards or reports to optimize labor costs, cost of goods, and other key metrics. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams while driving accountability through recurring meetings and feedback. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and oversee implementation. Solid project management skills to monitor progress, ensure execution of plans, and manage multiple priorities effectively. A focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and embedding this priority across all operational practices. Cultural adaptability and the ability to tailor strategies to different markets, fostering strong relationships with local teams. Flexibility to travel frequently across operating countries to support and engage with local teams. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
