We are hiring a CRM specialist Join the Starcasino as a CRM specialist, where you'll manage CRM campaigns on Optimove and Fastrack tool in our dynamic online casino environment. This vital role demands a hands-on approach and a proactive mindset to enhance player retention, loyalty, and overall satisfaction. What You'll N eed 3 years of experience in hands-on Optimove platform in the online casino sector. Strong technical and analytical skills Experience with data analysis tools. Effective communication skills and teamwork capability. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with CRM system integrations and upgrades. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus. Goal-focused with project management skills. Familiarity with legal and regulatory standards in customer data management. Extensive knowledge of the Spanish casino and sports betting market. Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional language as French or Dutch is very appreciated Location: Madrid What You’ll Be Doing Administer and optimize Optimove and CRM systems to support business operations. Customize the CRM system with objects, workflows, and validation rules. Create and manage complex workflow rules, approval processes, and user permissions. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure CRM system supports business objectives. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behavior and business performance. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system. Manage CRM system upgrades and integrations with other software. Provide technical support to users of the CRM system. Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and trends. Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and customer outreach program s.
