This role is a work in progress and offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to building the project stronger. Responsibilities: Manage Daily Sales Processes and ensure efficiency. Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure a steady flow of leads and conversions. Engage with prospective buyers and nurture leads to convert them into clients. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and stay informed about market trends, pricing, and property availability. Assist clients in making informed decisions by presenting them with comprehensive market analysis, property evaluations, and investment strategies. Foster strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence through exceptional service and transparent communication. Collaborate closely with our local partners, including real estate agents, brokers, and developers, to access a wide range of properties and resources for our clients. Actively contribute to the growth and success of the team by sharing market insights, participating in team meetings, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance our services. Continuously update your knowledge and expertise in the real estate residential market to provide the highest level of professional advice to clients. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate market. Strong negotiation skills tailored to meet the unique needs of buyers. In-depth understanding of real estate services and a solid grasp of their position in local markets. Aspects related to general economic and real estate knowledge, at a basic level Self-motivated, driven, and energetic individual. Willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Digital user abilities to effectively utilize various software and tools. High ethical standards and integrity.
