We’re looking for a Retail Operations Support- International Scope to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the operational excellence of our European clinics. This position will focus on auditing facilities, overseeing the maintenance of medical and infrastructure equipment, and implementing corrective and preventive action plans. Additionally, it will focus on optimizing costs and managing supplier relationships to maintain the highest standards across our clinics. ✨ What You’ll Do 20-30% travel across our clinics in Europe : Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, and Sweden. Audit European Clinics: Visit clinics to assess cleanliness, general state of the facilities, condition of medical equipment, stock inventory, material expiry dates, and revision dates. Training: Prepare and provide comprehensive training to clinic teams on maintenance processes, procedures for equipment care and routine. Additionally, share best practices to promote consistency, efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement. Action Plan Development & Implementation: Based on audit findings, collaborate with various teams (Capex, clinic consumables) to create and implement action plans that address any identified issues. Curative Maintenance: Prioritize clinic maintenance requests, search for suppliers, negotiate prices, and implement corrective actions. Maintain and expand a validated list of suppliers for repairs. Preventive Maintenance: Work with the Senior Procurement Manager to design and implement a preventive maintenance calendar for clinics and medical equipment. Cost Monitoring: Build and manage a database of yearly expenditure by clinic and location, analyzing costs and deviations. What You’ll Bring 3 years in project management, maintenance experience not required. 2-3 years of relevant studies (operations management, etc.). Availability to travel around Europe. Experience in European project management, budgeting, and analytics. Experience in Auditing, supplier management, and cost analysis. Fluent in Spanish and English, other languages a plus.
