The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to a dynamic Retail Marketing Team who is responsable for the brand experience in Havaianas stores and wholesale customers. Working directly with the Retail Marketing team and cross functions on the planning, development and execution of brand and product marketing campaigns in the POS across channels and at European level Key functions: • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities (monthly invoicing, updating budget finance files) • Coordinate the creative and production agencies teams to deliver on time in budget in coordination with Operation teams • Supervise and follow up the execution of brand campaigns in the POS and prepare post campaign recaps and analysis • Collect and unify requests from regional teams for briefing
