Responsibilities： Responsible for brand image standardization management； Raising the visualization of brand； Develop a display plan in store； Monitor the implementation of store management； Responsible for operation management, manage warehouse and logistic of retail to ensure the control for LDUS and POSM; Responsible for new product launching management and keep tracking the implementation of stores; Control of store incidents and quality for visibility in Xiaomi Brand Spaces； Requirements： Fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish, more languages skills are preferable; Bachelor’s degree, based in Madrid; Good data analysis and operational planning skills, able to make store operation plan; Strong learning ability and cross-department and cross-country communication skills, team player and good communicator; Results oriented, detail oriented, with strong stress tolerance and multi-tasking ability; Have at least two years working experience with at least one year industry related experience Proficient in using office software；
