Job Overview: As a Service Management Specialist for SANY in Spain, you will be responsible for supporting the service parts team, ensuring the efficient operation and management of services related to parts, technical support, and customer satisfaction. This role requires you to coordinate with different departments and work closely with clients and internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions. You will also play a critical role in enhancing service management processes to ensure that customers receive high-quality services and products. Key Responsibilities: Service Parts Management & Support: Collaborate with the service parts team to ensure the timely availability and delivery of spare parts, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction. Monitor parts inventory and work with logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels to meet service demands. Technical Support & Customer Assistance: Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring SANY equipment and machinery are operating efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, offering prompt solutions and clear instructions to customers on equipment maintenance and repair. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and engineering, to ensure seamless service delivery and prompt resolution of customer issues. Facilitate communication between customers and relevant departments to ensure the effective handling of service requests. Process Improvement & Service Efficiency: Continuously assess and improve service management processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce response times, and increase customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for improvement in the service workflow and suggest best practices for better resource allocation and service outcomes. Customer Training & Satisfaction: Provide customers with training on equipment maintenance and usage, empowering them to perform basic troubleshooting and care. Ensure that service-related feedback is collected from customers to drive improvements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Education: A diploma or higher degree in Business Management, Service Management, Industrial Management, or a related field. Experience: No prior service management experience is required. We welcome fresh graduates with a strong background in service management, technical support, construction machinery, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors. Key qualities include attention to detail, patience, a strong willingness to learn, and alignment with SANY's corporate culture . While experience in managing spare parts and coordinating service operations is a plus, it is not essential. Skills: Strong understanding of service management processes and systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address customer issues promptly and effectively. Proficiency in using service management software and systems for reporting and tracking service activities. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams in a multi-lingual environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. A customer-focused mindset, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through efficient service delivery. Other Requirements: Must be able to work in Madrid, Spain, and willing to travel within Spain as needed. A valid driver’s license is a plus but not a requirement. Native Chinese speaker, with proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
