ABXTA currently have an oportunity for a talented Technical Writer. The Technical Description Writer will be responsible for crafting precise and detailed descriptions of services and projects delivered by consultants to its clients. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical aspects of services offered and the ability to clearly communicate these details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. KEY RESPONSABILITIES · Create detailed service descriptions that clearly outline the scope, deliverables, methodologies, and timelines of consultancy projects. · Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and easy to understand for clients and internal teams. · Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and consultants to gather all necessary details about services and projects. · Develop and maintain an standardized template or format for all project and service documentation to ensure consistency across all company outputs. · Update and refine documentation practices as needed to keep pace with industry standards and client requirements. · Adjust documentation based on feedback to better meet the needs of clients and project teams. · Conduct thorough reviews of all technical descriptions and project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. · Address any discrepancies or gaps in information, and revise documents as necessary. · Prepare and present reports to stakeholders about the status of the documentation. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS MANDATORY · Proficiency in English language and high attention to detail · Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Engineering, or a related technical field. · Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical writing or documentation, preferably in a consultancy or project-based environment. · Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex project details and translate them into clear, actionable documents. · Understands key contract law principles and industry-specific terms. Knows how legal issues like intellectual property and data privacy affect contract management · Has relevant experience in sectors like IT, marketing, or finance, enhancing project insight and documentation relevance. · Proficient in documentation and presentation software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and potentially Reporting software like MS Excel. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. · Extremely high level of accuracy and confidentiality PREFERRABLE · Spanish – Intermediate/Advanced level in oral and written · Can incorporate legal standards into project documents to ensure they are compliant and reduce risks. · Skilled in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and can adapt documentation accordingly. · Proficient in utilizing ChatGPT prompts as an effective support tool. · Holds a certification in technical writing, ensuring quality and clear documentation. WORKING CONDITIONS · Hired as external consultant. · Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.00/10.00-16.30/18.30 (Spanish Time) · Salary: 3,000 EUR gross/month (12 payments per year) reviewable after succeeding probation period. · Remote work. · Available on European Time Zone. · Travel availability every 3 months, for 1 week.
