Your Responsibilities: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for: Team Leadership and Development Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing development team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide actionable feedback to team members. Identify skill gaps and provide growth opportunities through mentorship, training, and career development plans. Maintain a strong technical presence by providing guidance on best practices and architectural decisions. Ensure adherence to SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, Test-Driven Development, and other industry standards. Validate technical feasibility and provide solutions for all sprint tasks. Project and Sprint Management Collaborate with the Product Owner to define technical requirements and priorities. Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure smooth sprint execution and adherence to Agile principles. Partner with architects to align technical implementations with the overall architectural vision. Oversee sprint planning and retrospectives, ensuring tasks are well-defined, achievable, and aligned with team capacity. Monitor progress and address technical blockers during sprint execution. Align team goals with organizational objectives and ensure effective communication of priorities. Drive the implementation of processes to improve team efficiency and productivity. Report on team performance, project progress, and potential risks to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement Propose and implement technical improvements to enhance system performance, scalability, and maintainability. Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce relevant tools, frameworks, or methodologies to the team. Facilitate retrospectives to identify and act on opportunities for process enhancements. Champion a feedback-driven culture to refine team processes and collaboration. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end solutions. Document and communicate technical decisions and architectural choices. ️♂️ What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven experience in a similar role. A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex technical projects. Experience in agile environments Track record of successfully implementing and maintaining best practices within a development team Technical Skills: Proficient in C# and .NET ecosystem. Strong knowledge of React and modern front-end development. Deep understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Architecture. Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory). French language proficiency is a plus. Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills. Proven ability to build and maintain high-performing teams. Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities. Strong leadership and mentorship abilities. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
