We are looking for a full-time Design & Construction Project Manager for EMEA North Dufry and Autogrill agreed to combine their businesses to become Avolta the Worlds' Leading Travel Experience Player. The combined company addresses 2.3 billion passengers in more than 75 countries in 5,500 outlets across 1,200 airports, motorways, cruise lines, seaports, railway stations and other locations across all six continents. About the Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the mission of this role is to contribute to the company's training activities, including training for new staff during openings, as well as onboarding new hires at points of sale. Additionally, this role involves implementing new products, categories, or modifications to the offerings within the concepts Key Responsibilities: Training Strategy: Design the brand’s training strategy in Spain, aligned with business objectives. Define the brand’s success profile and communicate it to the recruitment department, providing support during the selection process. Planning and Execution of Training Plans: Plan, develop, and execute specific training plans to achieve the objectives set within the allocated budget. Conduct training and operational audits to ensure service standards are met. Operational Support and Talent Development: Support HR and Operations teams in identifying potential talents and future Managers. • Develop and lead training actions for General Managers and Training Managers, enhancing the necessary skills to achieve operational excellence. Implement recognition systems to foster team motivation and commitment. Management and Analysis: Measure the results of training and development actions, implementing contingency plans when necessary. Regularly present updates and growth plans to the Operations and Talent Management leader. Control the allocated budget to ensure efficient resource use. Coordination and Communication: Promote effective communication and coordination between departments and operations. • Coordinate team engagement surveys and develop action plans based on the results. Openings and New Markets: Co-lead openings in new markets in collaboration with Area Managers, ensuring proper training and development to meet brand standards. Your Experience Background in Humanities, preferably in fields related to education, training, or people management. Previous experience in operational management of restaurants or as a Manager in the hospitality sector. Experience in team training and development. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Customer-oriented and committed to operational excellence. Ability to coordinate teams and projects effectively. • Budget management and results analysis skills. Native Spanish speaker. Advanced English (desirable).
