Minimum Requirements: Experience in working with market-making traders on the dealing floors to gather and define requirements. Knowledge of Credit Bonds and ETFs as financial products, along with trading business needs in these products. Experience in requirements gathering and requirements analysis and working with end-users, technical teams, and other stakeholders, in a formal structured IT project environment. Exposure to Agile IT process i.e. User Stories, and scrum / sprint cadences. Project management, tracking and communication to stakeholders and senior management. Desirable (but not essential) Spanish language would be a plus (although not required).
