Client Advisor - El Corte Ingles Marbella

Stone Island is looking for part-time/full-time Client Advisor to be included in the staff of our Store in El Corte Ingles Marbella . The Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance, will guide each single client across the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage with clients in accordance with the Stone Island Selling ceremony; Drive business and sales goals by proactively reaching out to existing clients and developing new clients; Maintain company merchandise presentation standards; Stock organization: taking care of the deliveries on a weekly basis, organization of goods in the stock room etc.; Support in inventory preparation and execution; Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, whilst being a reliable partner. QUALIFICATIONS: Passionate about Retail, Client service and commercial mindset; Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity; Strong communication skills; Fluent english.
