Job Description
At Carrefour, we are seeking to hire an Ecommerce Sales Director whose mission will focus on optimizing eCommerce operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, managing assortments and campaigns, and overseeing stock and merchandising strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. 6 to 10 years experience in eCommerce sales Advanced English French valuable requirement Summary of Responsibilities: Customer: Implement customer-focused strategies in Sales & Assortment to maximize satisfaction. Set eCommerce satisfaction (NPS) targets for assortment, quality, availability, and website/app navigation. Manage customer claims related to assortment, availability, and product quality. Sales & Promotions: Plan and develop eCommerce sales according to budgets and targets. Establish sales monitoring processes and reporting dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly). Implement omnichannel campaigns and propose exclusive online promotions to boost sales and customer acquisition. Collaborate with Marketing & Traffic teams to design and oversee exclusive online campaigns. Assortment Management: Regularly review and update assortments based on market trends and customer data. Build category-specific strategies (e.g., bio, food, pet care) and exclusive online offerings. Develop Q-commerce channels and partnerships with platforms like Glovo and Uber. eMerchandising: Oversee on-site product management to maximize sales and improve customer experience. Guide enrichment teams for product descriptions and align eMerchandising strategies with traffic and CRO goals. Stock Management: Develop eCommerce dynamics for stock control and waste minimization. Coordinate monthly inventory cleaning with the buying team and generate regular reports to optimize stock levels.
