ABOUT THE ROLE To implement financial controls in the business which prevent misuse and misappropriation of funds or assets and inefficient cost control. Serve as a key member of the management team to develop operational and strategic business plans, forecasts and feasibility studies. He/she use data analysis and advise management on profit-maximizing ideas, which can help optimize company profits over time by making intelligent decisions for investments or spending funds to have the greatest return on investment. Provides input to strategic decisions that positively affect the financial health of the Company. Key Responsibilities: The Finance Manager is responsible for maintaining the right balance between equity and debt Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met Preparation of annual budgets per business unit across all business countries with quarterly updated rolling forecasts Book closure on monthly basis including inventory valuation Act as a business partner, think analytically and outside the box to enhance the business in all aspects including cost reduction where feasible Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action Strive to build a team culture by working together with the respective business and department heads in support of their strategies to achieve the business plan ✨THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in English & Spanish communication is mandatory. Experience in the Restaurant environment or Retail (F&B) industry in Spain is mandatory . Strong knowledge of country taxes and compliance specific to the F&B sector is mandatory. Must be well experienced in drafting the feasibility reports for new projects/investments Develop metrics for driving business performance relative to strategic priorities and minimizing risk Travel within Spain based on the business development plans Apply now
