This role as Sales & Client Relationship Management as well as Education Programme Support & Management encompasses a wide range of activities and requires a high level of versatility . The job we offer focuses on sales and client management, handling warm leads who have already approached us, but also developing new relationships with potential commercial (public or private) partners. In addition, you will organise on the ground the stay of international students coming to Spain. Key Responsibilities This Job is very dependent on the seasonality of our activity where sales are not happening all year round. 1- Sales & Customer Relationship Convert warm leads, from our website, business partners or from your own on the ground sales activities; into clients, managing the full sales process. Regularly update client databases, tracking interactions and follow-ups to ensure no sales opportunities are missed; Act as the main point of contact for prospects and clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues with empathy; Ensure clients experience with an excellent service throughout their journey with us, from initial inquiry to post-programme follow-up. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and encouraging repeat business; Play a strategic role during peak seasons by driving sales efforts and managing client relations; Manage all the administrative aspects of client programme (registration, payment, visa support, convalidation etc.), in liaison with the international partners and the client, and ensure all logistics are handled effectively. 2. Business Development & Marketing Actively seek new sales opportunities through local partnerships, schools and other potential partners, making contacts and presenting business opportunities, and negotiating the partnership. You are the local on the ground sales force and need to develop the network in your area; Respond to quote requests and present programmes, negotiating prices (for groups); Present programs and create long-term relationship with international agencies who send students to Spain. This may include on occasions participating to fairs in Spain or abroad; Contribute to the development of our products and services by incorporating client feedback and market research; Help create marketing content for our website, newsletters, and other promotional materials; Identify and manage promotional opportunities at fairs and events, generating new leads and expanding market reach; Conduct market research and stay informed of industry trends to support the strategic growth of our offerings. 3. Educational Programme Support & Management Organise programmes in your area for international students staying for shorter or longer periods; Find suitable host families who would welcome students during their stay, create relationships with schools (public and private) where students would study during the programme, manage all the administrative process relative to the programme; Liaise with the students and their host family on a regular basis during their stay and assist as needed, and feedback to the international agent. Work Pace and Seasonality: The role is seasonal, with intense activity during peak periods where sales and client interactions are the priority. During the off-season, the workload shifts toward product development, marketing support, and strategic planning, allowing for a more balanced schedule. Candidate Profile: 1- Professional Skills Proven experience in sales and business development, with strong client relations skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships; Experience in education and travel education is much appreciated. 2- Languages English: a minimum C1 level is required, candidates below that level are not suitable for this position and will not be interviewed; French or other languages: a B2 level in another language is a plus. 3- Personal Qualities Empathetic and able to handle customer complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism; Reliable, honest and ready to do what it takes to solve issues or satisfy clients; Self-motivated and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks with a strategic mindset; Eager to learn and take initiative, with a strong desire to develop in a versatile role. Additional Information Job Type: Full-time OR Partial Time, permanent position; Location: Madrid area preferred, but other locations could be considered.
