The Role Process Order to Delivery Improvement. Identify inefficiencies in the Order to Delivery process. Key Responsibilities Identify new ways to recorder the EDI Orders, Global Sales and Parnetcast. Dashboard creation to track the Air and Ocean shipments. Process improvement for the Customer Service and Logistics managament. Education MsC in Supply Chain or Customer Service. Skills SAP knowledge MS Excel expertise is a must. Logistics Flow knowledge Improvement implementation. Advanced level of English. Personality Profile Team worker, able to work in multi-cultural environment. Proactive and creative problem-solving skills. Keen attention to detail. Collaborative and supportive attitude, ability to work across all functions within the company.
