Job Description
Responsibilities: 1、Based on warehousing operations and customer needs, be responsible for the operational implementation of the Spanish warehousing project, conduct process management throughout the project, and be accountable for the quality of operational outcomes; 2、Implement lean operations, process optimization, cost reduction, etc., to enhance overall labor efficiency, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), space utilization, and more; 3、Analyze and identify pain points in key warehousing and logistics processes, develop targeted improvement plans, and comprehensively enhance on-site operational capabilities; 4、Drive the establishment of standardized warehousing operational processes, provide operational guidance and training to the project team, and improve the professional competence and efficiency of on-site personnel. Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or related fields preferred; 2.Over 5 years of experience in warehousing management, with experience in leading a team of more than 10 people and working in the logistics and warehousing field being preferred; 3.Possess professional knowledge and experience in warehousing management and operations; 4.Familiar with warehousing and logistics operation modes, as well as warehousing operation management models; 5.Local candidates in Spain (proficient in Spanish) are required, with those who are also proficient in English and Chinese being preferred.
