We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with English to join our USA International Team in our center located in the city of Valencia. If you want to be part of an international team, join the customer service team Your main responsibilities will be: - Answering repair calls and coordinating customer service with the team of repair technicians. - Answering calls related to trouble shooting and repair inquiries. - Making appointment bookings and follow up field service orders. - Offering solutions to our customers by providing an added value service towards our customer satisfaction. We are looking for people with native or bilingual English level and excellent customer service experience. Fluency in English is a must, as calls will be handled in this language. You will work from Monday to Friday due to time difference your working hours will be from 14:00 till 00:00 pm. You will work 100% remotely with the possibility of working from the office when required previous organization for team building activities, trainings and company meetings. Candidates must reside in or around Valencia. The onboarding is expected to be 25 February 2025.
