Operations are now seeking a talented Facility Specialist to join the Facility Management team. Some of the essentials for you to know are: Location: Our Warehouse in Landriano (PV) Reporting into: Facility Manager Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: Manage technical reports and requests from relevant sites; Organize both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, defining priorities and engaging external suppliers; Perform Root Cause Analysis to diagnose any issues and implement corrective actions and preventive measures; Coordinate projects related to improving work environments or business needs, and proactively propose continuous improvement actions; Manage relationships with external provider, ensuring the quality of interventions and services provided; Elaborate accurate costs reporting; Drawing up reports on management results; Manage and organize technical documentation (floor plans, conformity plant declarations, CPI, periodic checks of grounding systems, etc.); Oversee the execution of relevant external contracts, ensuring the monitoring of required service levels and associated compliance; Create Purchase Orders (PO) to be sent to suppliers and manage good receipt; Asset registration / de-registration; Elaborate budget reports; Archive maintenance reports. The type of person we are looking for: Preferred master’s degree in technical subjects (Architecture, Mechanic/ Energy/ Civil/ Management Engineering); Preferred previous experience in facility management in big-size companies; Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving approach; Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite; English: Intermediate, spoken and written; Ability to prioritize work, utilizing time and resources wisely; Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Able to work independently within a dynamic and goal-driven environment.
