What we achieve together In this role, our Supply Chain Manager, reporting to the Country Director Italy, will have continuous functional coordination with the Group Supply Chain Director. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall regional supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize process efficiency and productivity. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with group suppliers, production plants, and distributors. The role requires a candidate capable of working with the team to maximize logistic service to the customer at a fair cost and respecting targeted KPIs applying soft values (kindness, politeness, and respect). A particular focus is requested on the following two key success factors: the accurate and timely demand & inventory planning and the optimization of local inventory (quantity & quality driven by product mix). What makes us successful together Applications are sought from candidates that can demonstrate their solid experience as Supply Chain Manager in international companies. IT and presentation skills of the Office package, especially Excel, Think Cell, SAP 4 HANA and BW (Business Warehouse) are fundamental, as well as fluency in English.
