Process Quality Engineer

Process Quality Engineer In this role you: You’ll improve activities necessary to collect information to guarantee the critical analysis of the production data for the optimization of parameters in terms of quality. You’ll manage data and information to support the Warehouse supervisor for analysis of periodical reports, underlining corrections and identifying possible issues. You’ll manage customer complaints until their closure, with root cause analysis activities and definition of CAPAs. You’ll investigate the root cause of NCRs, propose corrective actions, assist and monitor the implementation of process changes and trends. You’ll prepare and distribute reports, graphs, and analyses of both internal NCs and customer complaints. Monitor customer quality indicators. Monitor the quality and timing of problems and their implementation, including technical realization. Increase Quality KPIs and consequently decrease penalties. Conduct NCR root cause analysis and propose solutions. Now, here’s what we need from you: Degree in Management Engineering or Economics. 4 years experience. Experience in Performance Management, productivity, and continuous improvement methodologies highly desirable. Familiarity with tools such as Six Sigma and Lean production. The role holder must be dynamic and goal-oriented, enabling site teams to work accordingly to the plan. The role holder must act with self-initiative but understand the role as an integrated team role. Experience collaborating with ops managers across all levels within a country. Fluency in English.
