Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs and risks of children and families. Develop and implement effective intervention plans to safeguard and promote the welfare of children Manage a caseload of child protection cases, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions. Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to provide holistic support Prepare and present reports for legal proceedings. Represent the Children's Child Protection Team in court, providing professional and evidence-based testimony Work closely with colleagues, including health professionals, educators, and law enforcement, to develop and implement coordinated plans to address the needs of children and families Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
