In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer: Competitive pay - from £13.50 to £14.50 per hour. Bank Holiday pay rates - from £27 per hour Minimum 3 hour calls - with client matching for continuity. We have morning, afternoon and evening visits available, you will be with the client for a minimum of 3 hours at a time but often longer, sometimes for the whole day - We offer either part time or full time hours based on your availabilities. You receive your schedule a month in advance based on your availabilites Training - full induction programme where we provide award winning training and opportunities to develop your career further Pension Scheme What you will bring: Help clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes Responsibilities may include: Companionship and wellbeing support Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments Help with washing, dressing or bathing.
