English Teacher - Up to £150.00 per day DOE Duddeston, Birmingham A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified English Teacher to join a secondary school in Duddeston, Birmingham. 'An enhanced DBS on the update service is required for this role.' Key Responsibilities: Delivering engaging and inspiring English lessons to secondary school pupils. Planning and preparing engaging and differentiated learning materials for Key Stage 3 and 4. Assessing pupil progress and providing timely and constructive feedback. Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. Contributing to the wider life of the school where possible.Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience of teaching English within a UK secondary school setting. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Strong subject knowledge of the English curriculum. A passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil progress. A valid safeguarding certificate (or willing to complete one). An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service.Desirable Requirements: Experience of teaching GCSE English.
