About the Role: Due to some exciting growth, multiple projects ongoing and a great development pipeline, my client are on the look out for an Quanity Surveyor to join their team in Sittingbourne As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing costs and budgets throughout the lifecycle of construction projects Key Responsibilities: Preparing cost estimates Tendering Procurement Ensuring the financial control of projects Working closely with contractors, suppliers, and clients Person Specification: Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor Knowledge of the full construction process A proven track record of delivering profitable projects and driving success.
