Conduct professional consultations, showcasing product features, benefits, and customisation options to inspire confidence and drive sales. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to maintain a competitive edge. Work closely with installation teams, customer service, and marketing departments to ensure seamless project delivery and excellent customer satisfaction. Candidates must have Proven experience in a sales manager or senior sales role, preferably in the home improvement, construction, or outdoor living industry. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Customer-focused with the ability to understand and deliver on client needs.
