Job Description

Freight Administrator Temp to Perm Contract Paying up to £28,000 per year (£14.35 Per Hour) Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours Basildon-based (SS15) We are seeking an experienced Administrator to work for a leading Transport and Logistics organisation based in Basildon (SS15). This role will sit in their Land Transport team. There will be an initial 12-week temporary period, which if successful during this period, will move into a permanent role. Duties & Responsibilities of the Freight Administrator: Processing and managing documentation for import and export land freight shipments. Processing invoices, charge distribution and cross-billing across multiple departments. Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure efficient communication. Organise and maintain shipment paperwork to support operations. Responding to customer/supplier queries and complaints. Experience required for the role of Freight Administrator: Excellent Administration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel. Strong knowledge of SAP. Experience in the Logistics/Freight sector is preferred. The successful candidate will need to have a clean criminal record and a 5-year checkable work history. ADZN1_UKTJ
