Key Requirements: Qualifications: Level 3 City & Guilds Electrical qualification. 17th or 18th Edition certification. Experience: FM maintenance experience in commercial environments, including critical systems. Additional Criteria: Must have lived in the UK for at least five years with no criminal record.
