Customer Service Representative

We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client a number of experienced Customer Service Representatives to join their existing team on a temp to perm basis. The main scope of the role will be to answer sales and customer service enquires via phone and e-mail, delivering excellent service for customers with any issues or queries they may have. You will ensure a high standard of customer service and sales experiences for all pre-existing and future customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar customer facing role.
