Associate Building Surveyor - An organic growing practice and social team A property and construction consultancy client are now seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their collaborative team of 24 mixed professionals, in their North London offices. This is an opportunity for a well-seasoned Associate Building Surveyor who has strong technical knowledge and ability, who is keen to work their way up to Partnership. Your role as Associate Building Surveyor will be to carry out predominantly contract administration and project management duties, as well as specification writing, building surveys and pre and post contract services. Person specification This role will suit an Associate Building Surveyor who works well in a close-knit environment and who has the communicative skillset to generate and maintain new business.
