Building Services Manager

Role: Building Services Manager Location: Leicester Rate: £400 - £420 per day The Company This Building Services Manager’s role is with one of the UK’s leading main contractors. They have an excellent reputation and build some of the country’s most iconic buildings. They are a diverse organisation covering most sectors of the built environment and this specific role is within their fit out and refurbishment division. They offer a market leading benefits package and are also known for their commitment to developing their staff. Projects are also varied and diverse ranging from £1m - £90million in the commercial, retail and public sector. The role We are looking for an experienced Building Services Manager who has been working on projects in the £20m plus range and ideally with exposure to interiors / refurbishment schemes. You will have experience of taking projects from pre-construction through delivery to handover and you will be responsible for managing all the MEP aspects of projects. A recognisable building services qualification is required along with a stable career history. Initially you will be working on a long term £25m re-fit scheme in central Manchester
