Maintenance Electrician

Electrician - Guildford and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced domestic Electrician to join a friendly team to deliver electrical maintenance on social housing properties in the Guildford area. This is a permanent role starting in January 2025. Job role details: Work on domestic building maintenance, improvement work and new installations on over 55s domestic properties 40 hours work per week, 8am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch Salary of £40,000 per annum van and fuel card On call work 1 week in 4 Requirements: Full driving license Electrical NVQ Level 3 or equivalent 18th Edition Other electrical qualifications to be discussed Good experience working on domestic electrical maintenance work ideally social housing This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join a busy team with ongoing permanent work in the Guildford and surrounding areas.
