Domestic Services Lead (GAS)

Position: Domestic Services Lead (Gas) Full time/ Part Time: Full time Hourly / Salary Rate: £50,000.00 - £53,500.00 Basic Salary Hours: 08:00 – 17:00. Working Hours: 42.5 Holiday Allowance: 20 Bank Holidays Payday 26th of each month. Or closest working day to 26th. Job role would be based on the following tasks: Diary management Responding to phone calls and emails Estimating and quotations Day to day running of engineers and apprentices Site visits Domestic heating surveys Identify skill gaps within the workforce and arrange CPD opportunities to enhance skills, knowledge and training for engineers and apprentices Toolbox talks Oversee current projects Invoicing Cost saving analysis Staff management Review compliance, safety, and quality, working on continuous improvement and identifying and gaps or shortfalls. Establish connections with local businesses to secure relationships (merchants, clients, other companies) Producing directors’ reports. IMMEDIATE START
