Apply now for this Senior Personal Tax Manager job in Dudley Role Responsibilities As a Senior Personal Tax Manager, you’ll work closely with the Tax Partner to deliver tailored tax strategies and high-quality advisory services to a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and business owners. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring compliance and providing expert advisory services Reviewing and overseeing the preparation of complex personal tax returns Advising clients on tax planning strategies, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax Acting as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong client relationships Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals to support their career growth Keeping up to date with tax legislation and ensuring both clients and the team remain informed Assisting clients with complex tax matters, including HMRC enquiries and disclosures Identifying opportunities to provide added-value services to clients Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless client service Driving business development initiatives, including networking and identifying new client opportunities Reviewing internal tax processes and recommending efficiency improvements Representing the firm externally and contributing to its reputation as a leader in tax advisory About the Firm This innovative accountancy practice is highly regarded for its expertise in tax, audit, corporate finance, and advisory services.
