Senior Finance Manager

Your new role In this newly created role, you will play a key part in managing and delivering finance-related projects, leading them from inception to completion to ensure successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include project management, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and process improvement. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all project output meets the required standards and aligns with the company's strategic objectives. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. A strong knowledge of IFRS is preferable. You should have proven experience of managing financial projects and a comprehensive understanding of finance departments in large organisations. Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential, as well as the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively. You should also have significant experience at senior levels, demonstrating credibility and the ability to develop this further in a new organisation. Strong financial management skills and commercial acumen are crucial, along with a high degree of organisational skill.
