An amazing opportunity has opened up here in Reading town centre providing full time hours Job title: Maintenance Person Purpose: The Maintenance Person within the service undertakes work as outlined within the planned maintenance report and the annual inspection report. In addition the Maintenance Person completes day to day tasks to ensure the service operates safely and successfully as well as managing emergency repairs Reed Public Sector is currently looking for a Handyman/ Maintenance person for a prestigious organisation who is available from July 8th to begin a temporary to permanent role.A brief overview of your daily tasks as a Maintenance Person:- Woodwork- Light plumbing duties- Light electrical duties- Fixing doors, skirtings, locks and light bulbs- Basic computer skills ( Sending and receiving emails )- completing emergency repairs- maintaining essential supplies such as Gas, Water and electricity- carrying out Health and safety checks You MUST have experience in maintenance or handyman work to be considered for this role.A health and safety accredited training certificate is preferred.
