Construction Superintendent

National General Contractor specializing in Restaurant and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) projects is hiring a Construction Superintendent with experience in Retail or Restaurant/QSR construction to manage projects across Texas. ROLE: Oversee ground-up and renovation projects for restaurants and QSRs Ensure safety compliance and maintain quality standards Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams Manage schedules, budgets, and site logistics Provide regular updates to clients and project managers Resolve on-site issues and complete daily reports EXPERIENCE NEEDED: 5 years as a Superintendent in restaurant/QSR construction Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage fast-paced, tight-schedule projects Willingness to travel throughout Texas PAY: $95,000-$150,000 base salary with benefits: 401(k) matching Dental, health, life, and vision insurance Paid time off Travel and lodging expenses covered
