Construction Superintendent

Join a leading GC hiring experienced Construction Superintendents to lead large-scale projects like Manufacturing Plants, Cold Storage facilities, Food & Beverage Processing hubs, Warehouses, Distribution Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Clean Rooms, Pharmaceutical Plants, and more. ROLE: Oversee on-site construction activities from start to finish. Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality control. Enforce safety standards and ensure timely project delivery. Communicate with project teams and clients to solve issues on-site. EXPERIENCE: 3-15 years of experience as a Superintendent on $5M projects Large Industrial or Commercial Construction work with a General Contractor Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing crews, schedules, and budgets PAY: $100,000-$180,000 Vehicle Allowance Per Diem/Gas/Travel Expenses Bonus Insurance PTO
