Controller Job Information: Direct hire, starts ASAP Manufacturing, Finance & Technology (Fin Tech) Location: Eatontown, NJ (requires on-site work due to security) Schedule/Pay: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 Controller Responsibilities: Serves as the senior most finance / accounting professional on-site at our 120,000sq/ft warehouse located in Eatontown, NJ. We employ approximately 65 full-time employees in the USA and product a highly secure digital product used globally. Responsible for all accounting relation functions associated with our manufacturing site. Corporate reporting structure (European based headquarters). Eatontown is our only US based location, with other locations in Europe, Africa, and South America. Billing (we manufacture for a very small list of customers Account Receivables & Accounts Payables General Ledger entries Cost Accounting Inventory Accounting Monthly Reconciliations Sales & Use Tax (quarterly) Cash Applications, Revenue flow Coordinates and helps prepare annual budget and financial forecasts and report variances Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements Prepare reports and assist corporate with regulatory filing information Supports month-end and year-end closing process Monitors weekly and monthly cashflows Controller Requirements: Bachelors degree from an accredited US college or university in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management or other related field is required. MBA preferred. CPA or CMA is preferred, not required. Must possess at least three (3) or more years direct experience serving as the senior most accounting / finance person on-site, preferably from another manufacturing / warehouse location. Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Other must haves: Creating financial statements General ledger functions Month-end / year-end closing Prior ERP / Accounting software experience For more information, qualified candidates may call 732-240-0209 2 during normal business hours.
