Do you think you are our “ONE in a million” for the position of Architecture Project Manager & Store Design? Let’s see if you have what it takes to shine Construction projects are incredibly complex, with multiple timelines and contractors working together to plan, develop, and build our unique UNOde50 point of sales. Our Architecture Project Manager play an important role in coordinating all of these activities, working with both clients and contractors to develop plans, set schedules and timelines, and complete projects according to time and budget expectations. Responsibilities: -360º Project Leadership including planning, developing, design and full coordination for UNOde50 worldwide interior design projects (retail, franchising, corners, department stores, multibrand retailers, etc.) -Dealing and Suppliers coordination to follow the manufacturing process to ensure the correct roll out in the point of sale (accomplishing deadlines). -Tracking and follow up of civil works, before, during and after the opening in tied collaborating with all the departments involved (VM, commercial department, product). -Excellent standards in the implementation (quality of the materials, finished, design). -Quotation request to purchasing department, comparison and decision making choosing the best partner (quality /price). -Budget control. Requirements: -Interior Designer, Architect or Industrial designer with deep knowledge and experience in Retail. -Minimum 4 years' experience, two at least working in retail (fashion, aparel or luxury brands). -Proven Experience and agility in drawing up plans. -In-depth knowledge of trends and new materials. -Professional level in Autocad, Adobe and Sketchup. -High level in Office Pack (Excel, ppt). -Previous experience in project management software (Monday, Trello, etc). -High level of English. -Availability to travel at least once per quarter. Competences: -Creative, positive, committed and proactive attitude. -Good communication skills and people skills as well as capacity and adaptation to change and dealing with multidisciplinary teams (knowing the agile methodology is valuable). -Ability to understand and adapt business requirements to the technical area. -Ability to establish clear priorities, respecting the project calendar. -Problem solving profile.
