As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing all project activities through an excellent understanding of processes, documentation and communication. You will be responsible for our projects’ success as regards quality, time and budget. The PM must be eager to learn the Board functionalities and features in order to contribute to a successful project delivery and the overall team’s succ ess. RESPONSIBIL ITIESManaging the entire project lifecycle from definition/scope through delivery and post-go liveManage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfa ctionDevelop and maintain project plans, project timelines, and project schedules, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and updated on project pro gressIdentify, manage, and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Learning the BOARD technology features and characteristics and use such knowledge to ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality and meet client expecta tionsWork with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including liaising with technical resources and ensuring they have the necessary information to deliver project require mentsTraining and coaching team members in project; while monitoring team performance and taking corrective actions if n eededProject administration and document ationSet deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of pr ojectCo-ordinating, attending and facilitating project and steering mee tingsEnsuring that project actions/risks/issues are effectively handled to timeInvoicing of Professional Services and ensuring on-time pay mentsLiaising with internal and client staff at all levels including project stakehol ders. REQUIR EMENTS5 years’ experience working in a similar role (preferably with BI or CPM solu tions)Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best pra cticesStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team m embersStrong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detailProven experience in managing Transformation Projects preferrable within the retail industry, CPG or manufac turingExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and/or German will be considered a plusPM certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, SCRUM will be considered a plusKnowledge of predictive analytics, data visualization, real-time analytics, and multi-dimensional dat abasesWork effectively in a collaborative team environment, as well as indepen dentlyMust be fluent in E nglishDegree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fieldAbility to travel (mainly Dom estic)
