Site Manager

For our international Client, leader in Supply Chain Industry, we are looking for a Site Manager based between Lombardia and Emilia Romagna, reporting directly to Senior Manager, who will have the following responsibilities: Take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe, efficient operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s); Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's needs; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities; Manage the change of mindset to Standardization and Continuous Improvement. Monitor the operation's span of control and build a strategy; Discuss and approve improvement actions that involve customer requirements and SLA's, additional resources and financial investments with the operations managers; Promote the continuous improvement culture and sustainability of the program with operations managers and their teams; Lead by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture; Management of providers of the site's general services such as security, infrastructure, maintenance. What we need from you: At least 8 years of experience in International Retail/Manufacturing or Logistics Industry in a similar role; Several years of experience in a direct management team; Leadership skills, experience in managing several reporting layers below; Capability of defining and deploying strategic plans for the site; Strong analytical skills.
