The Role: As a Sales Executive, you will manage and increase the sales of UGG products to appropriate retailers in a defined geographical territory of Italy. You will manage sales to an established base of accounts as well as continuously appraise, tier, and optimize the portfolio to develop the brand strategy. As the Sales Executive, you will also be expected to be a key contributor and coordinator in helping the retailers sell the brand to consumers. This will include training staff, merchandising, arranging promotions, etc. You will actively participate in projects and other teams, and must be flexible to carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit that will benefit the individual, the Division, or the Company as a whole. Your Impact: Manage the database of customers for the territory. Provide seasonal forecasts for account portfolio and collection feedback. Present new collections and obtain orders from the territory. Train retailers’ floor sales staff. Ensure in-store merchandising and brand presence within retail outlets. Conduct promotions and sales demonstrations in stores. Present the brand and products at consumer events and races. Report field activities to the company, including competition activities. Contribute to the overall sales efficiency and effectiveness of the brand. Who You Are: Self-starting, conscientious, and uses initiative. Happy to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Able to define the fashion landscape of the UGG retailer. Awareness of current UGG brand adjacencies. We Would Love to Hear from People with: Previous wholesale experience within a regionally based role. Exposure to reporting and communicating both sell-in and sell-through. Previous experience in footwear (preferable but not essential) or the fashion industry. Italian and English language skills. Valid full driving license. Ability to budget and forecast, using Excel.
