Assistant Buyer - Fashion

The Opportunity For our Buying team based in Brugherio (MB) we are looking for an Assistant Buyer (Fashion) – full time. You will provide creative and administrative support to Buyer in developing product ranges to meet sales, margin and stock targets within a specific product/category area. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the buying process. Your Impact Reporting to the Buying Manager (Fashion) you will be responsible for: Managing and keeping updated all information on vendors including company profile, logo, positioning, contact details of Guest/Expert, etc. Communicating information on the agreed product purchase for the order process verifying stocks. Managing buyer’s samples. Providing to the business information of the Guest availability and keep the vendor informed on any updates. Data Entry/Reporting activities using Excel and internal information tools. Your key relationships: Internal Supply Chain and QA to ensure correct and effective process order management. Planning to have updated information on any Multiplatform schedule. Talent team to provide information on Guests/Experts. Finance to ensure effective administration of vendor contracts. External Vendors / Guests. What You Bring A previous proven experience in the role or in a similar role. Trend awareness and passion for product. Good knowledge of Excel. English: Fluent. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work. Ability to work in a dynamic environment. Flexibility. Teamwork.
