Effectively address customer queries, troubleshoot technical problems, and support optimal usage of fitness applications and devices. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to identify trends and propose improvements in customer service. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry developments, and best practices in fitness technology. Conduct training and support sessions for customers to help them fully utilize fitness technology tools. Requirements Fluency in Italian and proficient in English.
