Divisional Financial Controller

Divisional Financial Controller Coventry, Hybrid working £60,000 - £70,000 plus 15% Bonus We are currently recruiting for a National Distributor who is looking to bring an experience Financial Controller to be fully responsible for one of their growing divisions. In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting the UK Exec Board by providing expert financial control and insights. This position is ideal for a qualified finance professional who is keen on using data to drive business improvements and support strategic decisions. Day-to-day of the role: Focus on commercial controlling including revenue/volume/yield controlling, customer profitability, product profitability, and tender reviews. Provide financial support to the Board Directors for the Indirect Functions such as Sales, Customer Services, HR, IT. Manage monthly reviews of costs, forecasts, and initiatives with functional board members. Collaborate closely with the CCO and Commercial teams Present Finance updates at regional & national meetings. Support Indirect Functions in completing business cases and providing value-added commercial analysis. Ensure all month-end deadlines are met and actuals are accurate. Analyse 500M annual revenue, understanding the drivers. Report performance against KPIs and targets. Budgeting & forecasting, developing models to improve forecast accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Preferably Degree Qualified More than 5 years of experience in a similar role. ICAEW Qualified finance professional. Excellent control skills and instincts to ensure consistency and accuracy. Strong business partner understanding how to work with a range of stakeholders Curiosity to question and challenge.
