Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a commercial and dedicated Finance Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial finance, being able to explain where they've helped to drive sales performance, in a product led environment. They are well-known for their exceptional customer service and commitment to their teams professional development. Description Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes. Collaborate with various departments to gather information and make informed financial decisions. Present financial reports and insights to senior management. Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements. Support the strategic planning process with accurate financial information. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Profile A successful Finance Business Partner should have: A degree in finance, accounting or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent. Extensive experience in a similar role within the consumer industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite. Exposure to BI tools would be highly advantageous. Job Offer A competitive salary range of up to £65,000 per annum, plus a £6,000 car and package. Hybrid working - typically 2 days per week in the office, but with the expectation to be where needed from time to time (with stakeholders/internal meetings etc)
